2. The MSME-TC, New Delhi shall not be
responsible for any delay in receipt of
tenders if sent by post.
3. Tenders will be opened at MSME-TC
& will be scrutinized before placing order
on technical & commercially competitive
tendered. The Tender Notice, Technical
and General terms & condition can also
be seen in our Website www.rtcnr.gov.in.
4. Director, MSME Testing Centre reserves
right to cancel any or all the tenders
found un-compatible
5. The decision of the Director, MSME
Testing Centre, New Delhi on recommendation
of the purchase committee shall be final
and have binding on all the tenders, No
arbitrations / representations in this
regard shall be entertained.
